Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), leveraging
state-of-the-art equipment like the EOS M290 and Markforged systems to deliver
precision-engineered parts.
As a trusted supplier for the Department of Energy and a committed partner in the Army’s
AMNOW program, we have a proven track record of delivering critical components,
including Fuel Samplers for CH-47 Chinook helicopters. Our capabilities also include
Reverse Engineering, CAD to Part, and Scan to CAD services, supported by advanced 3D
Scanning and Computer Generated Model technologies. We are proud members of America
Makes and the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM),
contributing to the advancement of the Maritime Industrial Base and other key
industries.
Our quality system is registered with NSF to AS9100D standards, and we are ITAR
registered, ensuring compliance with the highest industry and regulatory requirements.
We have implemented NIST 800-171 cyber security protocols and are transitioning from
CMMC I to CMMC II to further enhance our data protection measures. Our CAGE code is
8G4U2, and we are registered on SAM.gov, active on DiBBS, and working toward a presence
on the GSA SIM for Additive Manufacturing.
Our Additive Manufacturing machines are integrated with the Army’s AMIP system, enabling
